We exist because you deserve to know yourself fully.

Intentional choices don't always have to be radically opposite to your being — you don't need a new identity. Intentional choices that look like homing pigeons can be more sustainable because it “feels right” in your body when you make it.

Our Mission:

Life teaches us how to meet expectations. We help you learn how to meet yourselves.

We’re building an ecosystem of support that makes wellbeing more accessible- through therapy, coaching (coming soon), and practical tools.(Coming soon)

We believe you shouldn’t have to wait for burnout, crisis, or something to be visibly “wrong” before you deserve support.

Selfen is about understanding what shaped you, noticing the patterns you've inherited or learned, and becoming more intentional about what you carry forward.

Not becoming someone new. Becoming more yourself.

Why it matters to us:

Vaibhav's why:

For me, Selfen comes from a different kind of tension. I know what it feels like to understand yourself well and still not move.

My own pattern has been over-planning and under-doing, thinking, researching, preparing, and understanding, while the gap between knowing and doing gets wider. That gap is personal for me. It's not theoretical.

I've also had to learn that more opportunities don't necessarily mean more progress. Sometimes the work is choosing the right opportunities instead of chasing every one. Learning to measure success by what actually moves you forward — not by how much you're carrying.

To trade “I'll do whatever it takes” for a sharper sense of what's actually worth doing. Because effort isn't the goal.

Dhwani's why:

I feel like I've lived many lives.

Many roles. Many seasons. And in each one, I tried my best to give 100%: to be the daughter, partner, professional, caregiver, and all the other versions of me that life needed.

Along the way, I learned some things I wish more people were told earlier: Rest isn't a privilege or something you earn. It's a right. Self-worth simply is. It isn't conditional.

We also carry old tapes. Things we learned about who we need to be, what we're supposed to do, and how we're supposed to cope. Some of those tapes were helpful once. They just might not be helpful anymore.

For me, meaningful change is about moving towards the things we care about. Towards a version of ourselves that we actually care about becoming.

What we believe

Our experiences are different, but they brought us to a similar place. Sometimes you need space to understand what's shaping you. Sometimes you need help deciding what comes next. And sometimes you need practical ways to take what you've learned and actually live it. That's why we're building Selfen.

One Selfen, different ways to support yourself

We’re building Selfen as an ecosystem of therapy, coaching, and practical products because different moments call for different kinds of support. The throughline is the same: helping you stay connected to yourself in the present.

Therapy

For when you need space to understand.

Therapy gives you space to explore what's been shaping you, make sense of what you're carrying, and understand the patterns you've developed along the way.

Coaching

When you know where you want to go.

Coaching is about the present and future. It helps you clarify what you want, make intentional decisions, and turn insight into meaningful change.

Products

When you want support in everyday life.

Because insight and change do not only happen in a session. It happens in the Tuesday morning difficult conversation, quiet moments, and everyday choices in between.

We want Selfen to feel like a place where you can breathe a little. Where things are clear. Where you feel cared for. Where you're encouraged to make intentional choices rather than just do more. Where there's room to think differently, try things, and be creative.

And where, even when we're talking about the hard stuff, there's still room for a little fun.

We'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're ready to book, have questions about how we work, or simply want to see if we're the right fit, reach out. Every message is read personally.
