You’re used to being the caregiver
You’re the one who notices what everyone needs, keeps things moving, and makes sure others are okay. Your own needs can feel like one more thing you have to manage
You know you’re a people-pleaser
You’ve noticed the pattern. You know you say yes when you mean no, worry about disappointing people, or look outside yourself for reassurance. Knowing the pattern hasn’t necessarily made it easier to change.
You’ve lost yourself in the roles you play
The roles that give you purpose or belonging can become so consuming that you’re no longer sure what you want outside of them.
You’re caught between “too much” and “not enough”
Too sensitive. Too direct. And somehow, still not enough. You’re tired of constantly measuring yourself against what you think you should be.
You’re carrying a loss that doesn’t feel easy to explain
You may be grieving a person, a relationship, a fur baby, a role, a culture, an expectation, or a version of yourself. The loss is real, even when there’s no obvious crisis or language for it.
You’re carrying more than one culture, expectation, or identity
You may feel caught between what you were taught you should be and the person you’re becoming. Family, culture, responsibility, and belonging can make knowing what you want for yourself complicated.

Mental health isn't always about fixing what's broken. It’s about understanding what shaped you and making intentional choices about what comes next.
You don’t need a breakdown or a perfectly articulated reason to seek support. Sometimes knowing that something feels off is enough.
Sometimes it’s a place to understand the patterns you’ve been living with, make space for what you’re carrying, and reconnect with what matters to you.
You shouldn’t have to become better at carrying everything just because you’ve become good at carrying it.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with CRPO. I’m trained in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy.
I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I draw from these approaches and combine them based on what you need, where you are, and what feels most useful for you.
I like to balance structure and flow. Sometimes we’ll slow down and look at where a pattern came from, what it’s been doing for you, and whether it still fits. Other times, we’ll focus on what’s happening right now.
Sometimes we’ll talk to the younger parts of you that need a little extra care. Sometimes a metaphor makes everything click. And sometimes a TV show character, a book reference, or some random pop-culture moment explains it better than I ever could.
Whatever helps it land.
Still have questions? That's okay. That could be the start of our conversation.
